Sppegs I have been trying to start my Project and I am struggling as where to start I have got a good idea on what I want to do and the planning stage was approved by the Tutor.I have done thaco background and the organisation chart.

    Hi

    I would recommend doing a SWOT analysis next as this will give you a good idea of where your project should lead you.

    List all the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and then come up and then make recommendations to solve them or take advantage of them.

    You should also analyse your staff and IT and any contingency plans you may or may not have in place.
