Unit 10 - Managing People

My project is based on improving the Expenses Procedure so I don't understand how I can comment of members of staff. Is this a necessary part of the project?

What kinds of things can you write about managing people if you're not actually managing anyone?

Please help - this project is so complicated!!:ohmy:

I did a section on how the manager organises the sales staff. For example meetings, whiteboards to do lists etc. It does not have to directly relate to the section you are doing on improving a system.
It threw me a bit too until I realised that.
