I am going to study AAT by distance learning and to sign up with a college from the Intermediate Stage. Does anyone know if the Foundation level is compulsory? Or I can start with Advanced Certificate first and Diploma afterwards? The thing is I don't want to waste the time. As I am already late to sit IAC this june, I was planning to sit exams in Dec for Advanced Certificate. Can I skip IAC and still get AAT Diploma?

    You can get exemptions from the foundation level, however, Unit 31 is compulsory and has to be taken at Advanced Certificate level if you don't complete foundation.
