Hello can someone give me some help with regard to getting the project signed off by your manager. I'm not sure If there is a specific proforma or a form my tutor should have given me or if they can just literally sign a piece of paper?

You manager needs to write a letter saying that it is your own work.It is your own work..they agree and have read it..blah ...bah and get your manager to sign it! It must be on company Headed paper!
Or just write it yourself and get them to sign it0 -
The example given to me by BPP is this:
I can confirm that I have read this report and agree with the points and recommendations made.
All matters of a confidential nature have been taken into account.
I confirm that this report is authentic and all work has been completed by the student, .......name............
