Paypal fees vat inclusive?

client of mine uses ebay and paypal to do business. I have managed to find out ebay charges include eu rate of 15% but if you register as business with vat nr then the charges are net.

Does anyone know if paypal fees include vat, or direct me to any links?

You will need to look at an actual paypal invoice - which you should be able to download from your account. I suspect that they will probably be registered abroad.

Don't forget when completing a VAT return to fill in box 2 (and the corresponding one of the bottom) to account for EU VAT.
