Hi, I have been given 2 refrences by a supplier. does anyone have a template that they could send me that i will be able able to forward on to the refrences that they have supplied.

    Have you just plainly typin what your after in google? sounds simple but i use this a lot for work and forms ect

    ive tried but can not get what im looking for.

    there are plenty of "credit appllication" templates - but not any templates for "checking the refrences supplied"

    i basically need a template that ask the basiscs questions

    how long have you traded with them ?
    what was there limit ?
    how long was the credit ?

    anyone >?

    You've answered the question yourself. You need to just list the questions you need answers to.

    I would also request their bank account details to obtain an inter-bank reference too.
