Hi
Has anyone else had problems using the HMRC online order form recently?
I get as far as selecting my items and putting my details in, then when I try to select order nothing happens. I have tried this several times over the last couple of weeks and from two different computers.
I've tried emailing HMRC and they tell me there is no problem with the form and have suggested I ring with my order, which I'm trying to avoid as they take so long to answer, or the queue is so long you get cut off.
