Unit 31 help!

in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
Hi guys,

I'm with Premier Training and trying really hard to solve one of the problems on the Allegri assignment and am getting stuck. I'm sure it's something completely simple that I just can't figure out, but I was hoping someone could help me out! It involves combining records and I'm getting very lost.

Can anybody help?? I have the information at hand if you can e-mail me - any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!
