Couple of questions regarding ACCA after AAT

I have completed technician so I think I'm exempt from F1-3. My questions are ..
1) Do I have to do anything to get my exemptions or do the ACCA just give them to me? I haven't sent them my AAT certificate yet (not received it yet) but are they in contact with AAT?
2) How many exams can I sit in December? I know there's a max of 4 but do my 3 exemptions count towards this maximum? In other words can I only sit F4 or can I do F4 and F5?
Thanks for any help! :thumbup1:

Pretty sure you can do the two!0

you will be able to sit F4 and F5 in dec as long as you registered with the ACCA by the 15th Aug0

I sent in my application with certificates/photos/etc by the 15th of August but I didn't get my membership confirmation and exam entry forms until the other day. I'm assuming it's ok though as long as I sent it all in by the 15th?
Also, can I sit the rest in any order? Corporate and Business law sounds a bit boring/difficult!
About exemptions .. I've just downloaded the exemption form here - http://www.accaglobal.com/pubs/students/study_exams/exemptions/exemption.pdf - and it says
"In order that your new exemption status is reflected on the appropriate exam entry form, this forum should be submitted by the following dates ... next applicable session: December - 31st July"
!! Is that a problem? July was ages ago!0 -
Any order
It was the previous syllabus that required you to do the exams in order.Sandy

Ah that is good.
I'm just checking out "My ACCA" and it says my registration date is 12/09/08. So how does that affect my options for December? Or doesn't it because I can sit them in any order?0 -
You need to apply and be granted your F1 F2 F3 exemptions (I think they are £45 per exemption) see
http://www.accaglobal.com/pubs/students/study_exams/exemptions/exemption.pdf
ThenExamination Entry Forms for December sitting must be received by Student Services in Glasgow by 15 October.

Thanks.
I will send those in asap. Really need my technician certificate to hurry up and arrive though. Training providers fault for not letting the AAT know that I finished MAS!0
