GOt the results!!!

I'm going to say two things. Firstly AAT said they would email the results by 9am 17th February. I took that to mean they would more than likely send first thing in morning.
So why is everyone getting stressed the day before? There is nothing you can do.
Secondly, everyone got all so panicky after the ECR in December wanting to know answers as well as why the format differed from other past papers. To me if all that was required was a knowledge of past papers I would think less of the qualification and not bother sudying the syllabus - just train for the exam questions. Yes, it was difficult but the comments about changing from p per mile to £000s for units amazed me. I don't work in an accounts office yet some folk who do seemed to think they couldn't work from one format to another. I thought dexterity with numbers would be an essential quality/skill required from any accounts assistant.
Perhaps I'm lucky in that I was able to wait without any employer pressure. Yet again I'm completely self-funding and had already missed the summer exam due to ill health. I pay my own fees for college, books as well as missed exams and this course forms part of my long-term plan to support myself in the future. It's a major outlay in terms of missed income now, actual fees as well as study time.
As a veteran of further study it does worry me when I see younger students reacting so badly to their own study, exams and professional changes.0 -

Dead pleased, obviously.
