I hate to be an insufferable know it all, but a divorced orthodox Jewish woman, can marry a man with the surname of Cohen in two circumstances:
1) If they are from the Cohen tribe alreeady.
2) If there former husband grants them a Get. A Get is the Jewish term for when the former husband cuts the Katuba (wedding certificate) in half and presents it to their former wife.
Interestingly, if any Jewish woman (regardless of orthodoxy) gets divorced from her husband and then marries another Jewish man, without getting a Get from their previous husband, her children and her children's children (for 10 generations) will be Mamze (not considered Halahichly Kosher/Jewish) accordingly to reform, and upwards, Jewish law. However, in the Progressive Jewish movement this would not be the case.
I am a progressive Jew and we are by far the most lenient of the Jewish casts.

If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air the person died as a result of wounds received in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes.0
