Did a spin class at the gym this morning at 6.45am!! Torture!!

Any one else done one of these before?

    I've done a couple of spinning classes. Just enough to know I'm not doing them again!

    Good work on getting to the gym before work though (I assume that's what you're doing). I used to do Bodypump(tm) classes before work as well- which is basically cardio with lightish weights. Have you tried it?

    Im thinking about trying one actually.

    Im using the gym before work, as a change to my recent routine of exercise. Still playing a double session and a single session of squash per week, but wanted some variation really.

    i have done spinning and i found it really hard work - but fun. it was an experience for me doing it at a german gym - quite funny being encuraged in german

    i have recently taken up nordic walking - it is really big over here. we have a fab wood near us and you pass alsorts on your wander.

    Have only ever done one spinning class. Nearly killed me!

    The instructor kept saying 'have a rest if you need to' and being an idiot I didn't want to be the only one to do so :laugh: ..........now I stick to the cross trainer!

    I've done spinning classes too back before I did my shoulder in and got fat and lazy again :sad: As Tracy said, hard work but fun. It didn't hurt that I fancied the instructor either!
