when i finished certificate level i appoligized to my tutor for been the one that always seemed to ask questions her reply to me was no thank you just to the fact there was others in the class without the confidence to ask and just sit and struggle and get fustrated, my point been when there is a question you wouldnt be the only one struggling with it.

i like others on here keep sillyness to the chat threads but the student threads i treat like a resorce and think of others on here like study buddies and it did take me a while to post on the member threads as i thought i didnt have the right to post on there but if i have a problem at work and no one available to ask at work i do ask on there.

My final point i am about to start diploma level and this terrifies me i know with study ect i will be told i can do it but it doesnt avaide fears so trust me i will be one of the "silly" posters next year trust me and i apologize in advance

Anyway has anyone got the answers to next years dfs exam please email me

Jow, just noticed you're from Mansfield! That's my home town and I was born near Field Mill.

Anyway, back to the topic. Both A-Vic and you Jow have a high number of posts to your name plus I know your history Vic and know that you're fully dedicated. You're not irregular posters to the forums who only take and never give anything back which isn't in the forum spirit. Some of the PM's I've written to people in the past have taken over an hour to write for not even a thank you in return so little wonder some of us get frustrated.

As Richard said, we can often gauge a person's effort from how they've worded their question and assess whether it's so simple they should really be answering it themselves or if it really does require a second opinion or extra help. A quick question will often get a quick answer, often from several eager people, but it's rare that anyone will have the time to answer a whole exam paper for someone else who's struggling. And nor should they, since if they're that bad, there are clearly deeper learning issues to address.

And we're not here as a free online tutorial service, we do what we do because we enjoy it. And I think its fair to say we enjoy answering more interesting questions, such as debating application of standards or this is how I've done something, but I don't get the answer of xx.

So if someone comes on the site and post 1 is How do I.... Its fair to say, don't expect a bit response!
