there are courses out there at NVQ level on shredding paper, so this one isn't too much of a revelation0

wow...i wonder how many levels are there !!!!!
nvq level II : carry two bags of shopping and come round the corner just to see the bus moving from the lights,being able to run with the bags of shopping while holding your hand out and making the bus stop
nvq level III: Holding out your hand to stop a bus which you know you dont want and asking the driver if the bus goes to New Brighton(when you know it doesnt)
NVQ level IV: The hardest one off all you final exam .......when the bus is full to the brim and you are sitting in the front seat, usually reserved for the elderly and a old person gets on and you have to sit there and not feel ashamed........what a hard final exam !!!
i reckon this could be a new course run......anyone want to take up the challenge !!!0 -

To be fair, the certificate's designed for those with severe learning disabilities.
Having read the comments page, if there were exams for moaning whingebags, Bury would be awash with PhDs...

But remember, we're talking tabloid newspapers here so shouldn't expect things like fairness or truth to be considerations.
