Hi
I had this in my practice simulation (Kaplan).
I pointed out that the documents maybe contractual required and are needed on time to help with the smooth running of the department.
Ethically, they both assume honesty and integrity that they are completed correctly. Common issues on these forms are that staff can be dishonest claiming more than entitled too, which is fraud. Also may effect clients being over or under charged is staff put through incorrect timesheets/expenses.
