    Yeah thats why i dont as i have to be up for 5.30 in the morning.

    I just spread it out over the week little but often and just keep going back to what i did night before then a couple of extra exersizes. Then read a couple of chapters - cant say if it works but feel like its going in better and when we refresh the next lession i remember stuff
