AAT in the USA

Hello all and a happy new year
I'm trying to find out more about how the AAT is valued in America, from the perspective of using it to get a job & green card and move there permanently. There's a load of info on various websites but I can't find anything that fully shows if/how AAT is worth anything from that point of view. It doesn't seem to be recognised as far as I can see, but I am guessing it does still hold some value.
Any info is greatly appreciated

When I've spoken to people in the states I've not come across any Americans yet who has heard of AAT.
The only ex-students who took AAT I know there started by working for US owned firms in the UK and then moved to US as part of internal promotions.Sandy
