Call Answering Services

I work for a small company as an accounts assistant we use a call answering service to handle any call we can't answer. The company is unhanpy with our current provider and are considering moving our business. Can anyone recomment such a service?

I've never heard of that before. So who is it that answers it?

Too much choice

I did try googling however there are just too many and I was hoping to get a recommendation
