Sometimes you can be just too efficient, deleting things and not backing up to your computer. I like to print things off and go through them the old fashioned way, with a pencil. I can always find the castoffs in the shredding bin(I have abpout 3 months of shredding to do..LOl)
It'll be on your desk st work, hopefully!0 -
Can't your tutor just send it back to you?0
-
he said to just carry on with it from the stick which i did that was over a month ago i would basically have to start it again0
-
It would save some typing if you got his copy back and continued from there, or have i got the wrong end of the stick?
As FG says it could be at work, or could your other half have accidently picked it up when they stayed over easter?0 -

The bloody annoying thing is i was gonna do a back up today and send what i had to my tutor
Lession learnt back up back up back up!!!0 -
the wrong end of the stick?
cant help but see the pun there!!
I cinged when i saw this thread A-Vic, it must be truly awful. I did a few hundred words on my project over the weekend and im damned if i can remember what they were!! I cant imagine how worried you must be.
I'll be praying for you.0 -

Have you looked into "deleted items" bins in your email folders?
If your tutor is a typical college tutor, he is unlikely to have deleted your e-mail sent. I am sure he will have a your e-mail attachment in his/her e-mail inbox.
good luck!0 -
i did exactly the same thing and my tutor said she never keeps anything eek. i luckily had saved an older version under a different name and salvaged it form there, it was an older version but saved me doing it from scratch
hope you find it to save this hassle

Have you considered the lost and found box at work?
When we found some money in the department and it didn't get claimed in a week's time, my teamleader bought chocolates for the department from it. Do you think you could drop it at the accounts department of my work place the next time you drop it?0 -
I found a ยฃ5 note in the Gretna area last year, which I thought was quite lucky!
and no, I was not there getting married - just passing through.0 -
Aww sorry to hear that Jewels!

I didnt lose it at work or I would have had the place torn apart until I found it. I was in another town so someone there was lucky that week! Next time I want to throw money away I will throw it in your direction though! lol0 -
