Wonder how much the time lost to the business is costing if you say the cleaner cost 8k per year.
I expect all your hourly rates are higher than this, just multiply by estimated no of hours during work time you are all expected to clean. See if its so cost effective then with losing chargable hours. (Im assuming you work in practice). I work in Industry and we still have a cleaner whos a star!! When the cleaners off on holiday, a couple of us do little bits to keep our own office tidy and clean but its not expected. And now we have a dedicated Girls loo upstairs we do that too. The men can clean their own or wait for cleaner to get back lol0
