I have a client who runs a B&B and they have installed solar panels. They currently claim 70% of utility bills against the B&B. If they claim 70% capital allowances on the solar panels will there be any impact on CGT in the future if and when they sell their property?

I think we could do with a little more context. Is the B&B building owned by the individual, a sole trader or limited company? Which entity purchased the solar panels and how much were they?1
