Gerry is an accountant in business. His cousin Jack has recently been
employed by an organisation with which Gerry has regular business
dealings. Jack's position means that he would be able to offer Gerry
preferential treatment in the awarding of major contracts.
Explain the course of action that Gerry should take to protect his
fundamental ethical principles.

1) be objective - his judgement, decisions are based on real facts and they aren't influenced by the others ( this cousin)
2) confidentiality -don't disclose all required by his cousin information exp. about others clients
3) integrity - be straightforward, with strong moral principles to refuse a compromise
