Working Lunches - are they taxable?

Hi
Grateful for some advice. I've been asked for the taxable treatment for working lunches - those held either on premises or in someone else's premises. They would not be available to all staff, only those attending.
Are these a taxable benefit and therefore to be documented on a P11d. If so, how is the taxable benefit amount calculated if the working lunch is provided by another company?
Many thanks for your help
