We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller to work within our busy team - A high end Estate Agency based in Central London, Soho.
The ideal candidate will be studying towards Diploma in Accounting (level 4 AAT) and have a strong bookkeeping / accounting assistant background.
The typical duties will be:
- Company accounts up to Trail Balance
- Monthly bank reconciliation of accounts
- Debtor management
- VAT returns
- Assisting in monthly rent collection
- Providing monthly cost analysis for the client
- Providing profit analysis for the MD and the team
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC
- Raising of invoices
- Payment of supplier invoices
Candidates will be required to work on their own therefore, initiative and immaculate organisational skills are required.

Must be computer literate, with strong Excel skills and ideally a good understanding of Quick Books.

Previous property experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

Salary from £25,000-28,000 depending on experience
