Hi All,
I am due to take my Financial Statements exam 27/04.
I know there will be questions where you have to incorporate IASs and IFRSs such as group accounting but are there many questions where you need to answer solely about IASs and IFRSs. i.e. what does IAS xx mean? Or the provide you with a description about and IAS or IFRS and you have to state which one they are describing.
Thanks

Hi Ben,
I am currently doing the AQ2013 standards, recently passed my Financial Statements paper. There is one written question on IFRS and some multiple choice questions.
There is also a written on IASB Conceptual Framework and one on ratios. You can find some mock exams on the AAT website for a better understanding.
Just as I wrote this i noticed that you already took the exam in April! Hope you did well!Connect with me on Linkedin5
