Job Description

The role offers you the chance to develop a broad commercial skill-set and have significant input to the development of the business.

The FP&A Manager will be required to think commercially on behalf of the business, be able to challenge stake holders in an appropriate manner and drive continuous improvements.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following:

Develop and maintain periodic reporting, forecasts and AOP packages.
Perform Cash Flow, P&L and Balance budgets & forecasts.
Collect, analyse and interpret the financial results and operational KPIs by project and region.
Streamline the project budget, forecast and AOP process. Develop a process to monitor project performance against budget and analyse variances.
Assess and challenge the reasonability of data collected and drive the corrections when required.
Deliver actionable items or recommendations based on findings through thorough research and analysis.
Develop an effective process and ensure that all issues are adequately identified and driven to closure by working with relative owners in operations or finance.
Drive continuous process improvements in efficiency and effectiveness towards the goal: accurately forecast and report project business financial results and provide better information to assist management in decision making.

The Successful Applicant

Successful applicants will have a positive can-do attitude, you will be flexible in your approach and willing to make a real difference to the department and the organisation.

You'll have obtained an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) and have a Bachelor degree from a reputable university.

It is imperative that you have had five or more years in a financial analysis function within a large multinational organisation.

You'll be a whizz on Excel and have a strong proficiency in SAP and HFM.

You'll be a problem solver and have the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team with a desire to succeed.

You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
