Reporting directly in to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will lead the finance function of INTO delivering value adding financial reporting and analysis, high quality planning processes, strong treasury capability, risk management and tax advice to the wider INTO group. The post is responsible for delivering high quality consolidated management reporting for the INTO Group to the senior management team and shareholders on a timely basis. Further responsibilities will include:

Oversight and development of global budgeting and forecasting process
Responsible for investor relations delivering on all shareholder reporting requirements and requests in a timely basis and effectively analysing financial performance to explain underlying commercial drivers of growth and profitability.
Ownership and reporting of rolling risks and opportunities to budget/ forecast
Develop new opportunities to optimize group business decision making through use of effective analytics, data visualisation and statistical modelling
Oversight of online Dashboards and KPI's - always ensuring data is accurate and robust and that performance is explained and variances are being acted upon to influence future outcomes.
Lead global year-end & audit process and be the key point of contact with external auditors ensuring clean audit opinions and an efficient audit process
Management of INTO's global banking and investment relationships
Lead the establishment of an effective treasury function ensuring effective processes for Group Cash & Liquidity Management, forex, investment and intergroup debt management
Lead tax compliance and planning for the INTO group managing tax advisers and specialists as necessary
Lead the implementation of a risk management framework and ongoing process.
Review the balance sheet of the INTO Group ensuring financial controls are effective, risks are minimised and issues flagged and managed as appropriate.
Leadership of the Group, UK and Asia Central Accounting Shared Services teams, motivating the teams to deliver efficient processes, leveraging automation and standardisation to deliver excellent transactional accounting services to the business
