Experienced bookkeeper required to join established office team, managing a number of family owned businesses including, Print & Signage, Property Development, Rentals & Restaurant.

General Book Keeping duties include:
- Monthly Wages / Time sheets
- Purchase and Sales Ledgers
- Credit Control
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Monthly and weekly payment runs
- Company utilities and Insurance renewals
- Weekly reporting to owner
- Regular liaising with external accountant
- General office administration

Skills required:
- Good working knowledge of Quickbooks (or similar accounts software)
- Flexibility to prioritise work load depending on business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft office software
- Ability to work within small team and support colleagues in a variety of duties

Part Time - Permanent
Hours - Approx 25 per week within office hours of 8.30 - 5.30 Mon - Fri. (Hours / days negotiable)
Salary: DOE
