Aim of the Role

We’re looking for a responsible, hands-on and highly efficient Group Reward Data Specialist to support the Group Reward Process Delivery Manager in delivering all processes covering our Senior Management and Group Office employees in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management
• Own & manage the requirement to capture ‘real time’ core employee data for the personal files and into the eReward system (personal / salary and bonus / benefits / LTIP / RTLs/ Social Security rates)
• Own & drive data accuracy by performing monthly data audits & cleansing activities
• Manage eReward system User Access and delivering of eReward training to HR Users

UK Group Office population
• Produce contractual documentation, such as employment contracts, changes of terms & conditionals etc.
• Drive payroll and benefits administration efficiencies and liaise with internal and external providers on day 2 day/monthly issues and changes.

UK Medical & Life Assurances Renewals
• Support end to end activity with Broker and Assurance Suppliers

Bonus Plan Production & Data Management
• Produce and manage bonus plans and its financials and calculations (budget planning, accrual projections and bonus pay-outs)

LTIP Plan
Support maintenance of all LTIP data in eReward system and communication


Data Analysis
Payroll Analysis
• Analyse monthly changes & produce monthly payroll costing analysis for separate in house Finance team

Group Data Reporting & Analysis
• Manage & Deliver all HR KPI reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual)
• Produce the Employment costings by Group Office population as part of annual Budget cycle
• Produce monthly spend analysis reports vs Budget as well as Q3F and Budget proposals for Group HR Budget

Pay Review Activity and Market Data Analysis
• Support all process steps connected with the annual pay review activity Support Survey renewal selection,
• And complete data submissions and on-going participation in designated salary surveys
• Provide support in producing market analysis for specific Career Bands and roles to facilitate the development of pay structures and pay bands as appropriate.

Reward Application & Content
• Provide support in the ongoing development & implementation of eReward system
• Contribute toward delivering innovative reward communication for the UK Group office
• Maintain reward content on Group HR website, Employee welcome packs, on-boarding etc.

Core Competencies

• You are an university graduate or relevant qualification;
• You have 2+ years’ experience in similar data management/analysis role.
• You’ll have a great attention to detail and are able to effectively balance speed and accuracy
• You’ll have advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros, Vlookup etc.), good working knowledge of Word & PowerPoint
• You’ll aim to gain trust and maintain confidentiality
• You take pride in being responsible and taking ownership of your work;
• You are eager to learn and to bring new ideas to the team;
• You’ll achieve collaboration by partnering with key stakeholders
• You’ll be a strong team player who proactively supports & seeks to help the team as required
• You’ll have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Being pro-active and having sense of humour will definitely help 
