We are a relatively modern practice with around 300 clients and 3 staff based in Gloucestershire.
Although I mentor a few sole-practitioners I would love to be able to have regular chats with someone who runs another practice of similar size to us.
Preferably that practice would also be modern and forward thinking and like to embrace technology and also think outside of the box and not conform to being a 'normal accountant'.
I typically would liek to discuss ways of modernising a practice, systemising, staff, development plans and other practice managements issues. I feel I have plenty to give and not just take so it would benefit both parties.
Although location is not important within a distance of meeting up occasionally would be of benefit.
If you are that person then please send me a PM
