PETH - Code of Conduct

Hello, I've sat the PETH exam 3 times and failed!! I'm struggling to find information on Code of Conduct. I'm sure it was around question 7 or 8, asking something to do with a UK company using USA company's Code of Conduct??? I think I sat Scenario 3. Can anyone help me please! Thanks!
