As our Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in the cash-flow of the organisation, ensuring credit is monitored and controlled effectively. You will take responsibility for reducing any aged debt value within the business via various debt collection methods, whilst maintaining strong relationships with ROLI’s B2B customers. You will work closely with the Finance Team to support forecasting by providing weekly reports on the company's debt position.

Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with ROLI’s B2B customers
Work towards targets to reduce the aged debt value through continuous debt collecting methods
Enter and reconcile cash receipts into the accounting system on a daily basis
Report on debt positions on a weekly basis
Support the cash forecasting process by advising on expected receipts
Liaise with other members of the Finance, Sales and Logistics teams to resolve issues
Provide cover to other members of the team as and when necessary
Your Qualifications:
Superb and demonstrable negotiation skills
Flawless written and spoken English, with impeccable communication
Currently studying towards an AAT qualification, or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, NetSuite, etc
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
An interest in music, creativity and/or the arts
