    Hi Mick

I feel that a capital distribution should be made prior to strike off however i have never had to do this and i am struggling to find guidance on how to do it. Is this something you have had to do and are you able to provide me with some of your knowledge please.

    many thanks

You state your client but then go on to say ' we are no longer registered as an employer'. Which is it?

    What other assets are there?
