Self employed fuel expenses

Can someone that is self employed and working at the same place of work everyday claim either mileage allowance or fuel costs for travelling to and from work or is it classed as commuting and not allowable

    Simply from what you've stated there, it sounds to me as if this is commuting. I assume you're only asking about claiming on mileage from home to the same place (ie. office)?
