Updating Employment details

I'm trying to update my employment details, but when I put the company name in it, which aat brings up i click on it but its not accepted because of the symbol &. I've tried changing it but when i put the details in that is required it still wont let me update it. What do I need to do?

    email aat directly, i had a similar issue and they sorted it.
