Hi all,
Recently I enquired of my level 4 certificate and I noticed in the AAT customer service auto-response the following:

AAT has recently completed a review of the process for issuing certificates when students complete a qualification. In order to protect the security and validity of certificates, please note that your assessment results are provisional until you receive your certificate from AAT, and that it can take up to seven weeks for us to issue your certificate.
Out of curiosity has anyone ever had their statement of achievement result changed from a pass?
