Upload Internal Control Mapping Document - Which One?

I have finished my report and it has been backwards and forward to my tutor until I now have the finished document. My query is:-
Do I upload the mapping document with my tutors comments to say all criteria met or do I upload just with my paragraph numbers on?
Have emailed my tutor but could take 48 hours to reply and I want to get this one out of the way!
