Hi aat people
If I had a trial balance and I had some adjustments
If I had £100 in telephone expenses and I need to have 25% of as personal use..... do I
Credit £25 from telephone expenses and debit Drawings £25 in adjustments
Or do I make a new line of personal expense account and debit it £25 in adjustments.????

In theory you could do both. If you create a 'personal expenses' account however, it's just an additional 'drawings' account.AAT
