Sage - Purchase Ledger Query

I hope you are well?

I had a query in regards to Sage Nominal posting for a Purchase invoice. There is a hotel which the kitchen staff may purchase Centre Feed Rolls (Jumbo Blue Rolls). On their Sage Package they have the following Nominal Ledger (General Ledger) - Kitchen Consumable and Cleaning and Laundry both in the 7000 category.

Which Nominal Ledger (General Ledger) would you suggest to use? I thought it would be under the Kitchen Consumable as the Centre Feed Rolls would be used up fairly quickly? But wasn't 100% sure.
