How long does it take to get your MAAT title/letters

Does anyone know how long it takes for AAT to give you the MAAT letters? I submitted all work experience etc, and all was marked as competent by AAT before receiving my last exam result. Received my last result on 21/12/2017.

I went onto the AAT live chat and they changed me over there and then. If live chat doesn't come up give them a call and they will sort it for you.0
