Wave or Quickbooks

I am thinking of switching to Wave and am currently using Quickbooks. Pros and Cons of Wave?

    Tried Wave a few years back an it struggled with VAT. It may have improved somewhat. Personally we went down the Xero route for the quality aspect. Even if Wave has improved my concern would be can their model work of providing a free service and generating funds via advertising.
