Presentation for Interview

Hi.
I am new to the AAT forum but was wondering if anyone out there had any thoughts on what the following would incorporate.
I have a interview which requires me to do a 10 minute presentation entitled "How finance adds value and contributes to the success of the Charity".
I am going down the route of how management accounting helps (Planning, control, motivation & decision making) but am wondering if I am translating this incorrectly.
Any help or advice would be gratefuly received
Suzanne

If it was me I'd be starting with establishing the drivers of the business and that the accounts function can provide quality information for the end decision making eg cashflow.

It would depend on whether the charity has a shop and the contribution that would make in its funding, you need to tailor you answer to the charity in question.

    Good luck
