Changing Year End in Sage Instant Accounts

A small animal charity I keep accounts for on Sage Instant Accounts has changed its year end from June to October. I need to finalise the books as at 31 October, after only four months in the accounting year and commence a new financial year from 1 November.
Can anyone tell me how to do this in Sage Instant Accounts without having to run a period end trial balance and forming a new "Company" by re-entering the opening balances?
I have tried clicking "Settings" "Financial Year" but it does not allow me to alter the default of "July 2018".
I would be grateful for anybody's help.
Thanks.

I'm no Sage expert and it has been some time since I've used it as we are a Xero practice but from memory you cannot amend the year end in Sage Instant. It has to be in Line 50 or sent to Sage.
I could be wrong though.Regards,
