Hi, I'm trying to secure a graduate trainee accountant position but I need a decent strategy and I was hoping I could get some advice.
Has anyone been successful in getting recruited by a small accountant firm? If so how did you approach the firm looking at the big 4 its difficult because the application process is mind boggling but I was thinking that a smaller accountant firm might be more straightforward.
