UKBA spouse visa requirement

For Spouse Visa, the accountants certificate must be issued from an accountant who is a member of UK Recognised Supervisory body or Institute of Financial Accountants. Is AAT qualification a member as defined ?

Can we (MIP MAAT) verify earnings for border agency or home office ?

    Yes, absolutely.

    Please find attached correspondence from the Home Office confirming that they have changed their guidelines to recognise AAT members.

    The attached correspondence can be included with any submission to confirm applicability.
