Has anyone else had a problem with them? I have a new client with a letting agency i have completed the Accountants report for propertymark who are regulated by the FRC but the wont accep being a licenced accountant with the AAT as an a Accountancy Qualification..........
Any ideas before i loose the client to a Chartered Accountant who can fill in the annual form?

This is not something that any member has previously brought to AAT's attention but Propertymark do make clear that they will only recognise accountants listed under the Financial Reporting Council's Recognised Supervisory Bodies (RSBs) for the purposes of completing the Accountants Report, so their refusal appears to be correct.
That said, I will contact them when I return from holiday next week to see if this is something we can get changed.0
