Good Afternoon

If a director was reducing their pay (PAYE, or Pension) for a period with the view that this would be paid lat a later date for cashflow purposes should this be recognised in the DLA or as a separate provision/liability?

What do you mean by reducing PAYE/Pension? Is he taking smaller salary through the month because he wants to have a better cashflow?

    Kind Regards,

    Norvydas Valavicius.
