Anyone had any experience with an Online Distance Learning Provider- E-Careers for AAT Level 3& 4??

I have finished AAT Level 2 Accounting about 2 years ago, and decided to take a brake before doing my Level 3, as I got a very good full time job offer that I am still in.
I am currently very interested in starting my Level 3 & 4 with E-Careers, but I am a little bit concerned about the level of support I will get, as I will definitely need it.
Does anyone have any experience with E-Careers online course provider, and if not what do you think about them?
