New share Issue

A client of mine is looking to bring in an investor who will put in 50k for a 20% shareholding.
The share structure is currently 1 x Ordinary shares with full voting rights & divis.
There is also a B share class which his wife has with no voting rights and rights to dividend
Just looking for a bit of guidance as my idea is to create new shares and put in a buy back clause over a period unto 3 years.
What would be the best way of doing so? Issue 50,000 B shares @ £1?
