HMRC has blocked Barclays Bank Business Accounts

The HMRC has blocked more than 1500 Barclays Bank Business accounts with client’s tax refunds. My accountancy practice also has been affected since 22nd April 2020. They also blocked all personal bank accounts at the same bank. Does anyone have the same problem with Barclays bank and HMRC?
